The Bio Disc is made of technically engineered natural minerals which have been structurally bonded in glass, at molecular level, using high heat fusion methods. Through this combination of minerals and fusion techniques, a positive energy field is created. The Bio Disc has been evaluated by various institutions and is known to reduce water surface tension value. This in turn makes water more hydratious and improves the transfer of nutrients in and out of the body cells. Water treated with the Bio Disc also produces beautiful and good water crystals, an indication of water with high energy levels and good quality. Research has pointed that there is a correlation between the formation of water crystals and the quality of water, in terms of the degree of pollution. In a recent I.H.M Institute research, it became clear that energy could affect the formation of water crystals. Thus, the water crystal formation reflects not only physical but informational or energetic aspects of water. Water samples with a good balance of minerals and energy tend to produce beautifully-formed crystals. A water crystal experiment done at the Institute has shown that water treated with the Bio Disc produces beautiful and good water crystals as compared to normal distilled water. The treated water was found to have less 'depressed' water crystals. The I.H.M. Institute in Japan was founded by Dr Masaru Emoto, a Doctor of Alternative Medicine. Dr Emoto achieved international acclaim through his extensive research of water around the world. He is also the President Emeritus of the International Water for Life Foundation.

The effects of the Bio Disc on the quality of water and the bio-energetic state of the human body were tested by Dr Manfred Doepp at the Holistic Center in Germany, using meridian diagnostics. The test result shows that the Bio Disc has a successful operational area in the energetic-informational treatment of liquids and water containing nutrients. The result shows that the Bio Disc has positive effect on water. Water treated with the Bio Disc has an increased level of energy and harmony. Test results also reveal that when the Bio Disc is held by the users, their energy and harmony levels showed a significant increase. Dr. med. Tests run by the PROGNOS machine show that the Bio Disc possesses a positive energy field. This process was used to test the effects of the Bio Disc treated water on a patient. Below is a testimonial of the testing result on Bio Disc treated water: Before drinking the water treated by the Bio Disc, the tester was tested using a Prognos Machine to determine his health. The test results showed that he lacked energy and suffered from disharmony of the meridian system.
After drinking the treated water, the tester was again tested using a Prognos Machine. This time, the results showed that his energy levels had returned to normal and the disharmony of the meridian system was reduced from 48% to 34%
